Add-ons for OTRS

With our support contracts you will be given access and support to our feature add-ons, which will increase the performance of your service management. Depending on your contract some add-ons are included, others are available for an additional fee.

After a certain time period, we will be providing everyone with access to the add-ons by making them public and available via our public repository. And not only the add-on itself is for free, also the source code is published at GitHub.
