Customer Map
With the Google Maps integration, you will be able to see all customers that ever had a ticket on a map (customers with open tickets are marked in an extra color). The map is available on the dashboard and also as a dedicated map on a large separate page (just click on “more” in the dashboard).
Depending on the zoom of the map you may see clustered locations of your customer with the ability to drill down. All you need is an API key for Google Maps
